Our Story
We are a husband and wife team and work together on most weddings. It is fun to spend time with Leah and see her bring out the fun and silliness in those around her. Leah is originally from Morden and the reason for my moving to Canada. We met in Taiwan on a blind date…
I was born and raised in South Africa and discovered my passion for photography during my travel adventures in Europe and Asia. I feel that my upbringing in Africa has given me the eye to really see and feel people's stories. It's easy to take a snapshot, but there is always a picture within a picture. I love how all our stories make us so unique.
Who would have thought that a boy from a surfer city on the east coast of South Africa will move to Taiwan, go on a blind date, and fall so in love with a girl from the prairies in Canada. We both knew that we had found each other the very first night we met...
We moved to Canada in 2007 and feel very blessed to have Zuri, our little baby girl in our lives. She is the best of both of us and so much more. Our story continues with her.
I love my girls! We have morning dance parties, laugh a lot, love pannekoek, listen to Nature sounds on the iPod and pretend we know how to handle the winter months.
